CDL-A OTR Driver Overview

  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Run consistent dry van freight across 11 Western states, with 10,000–13,000+ miles per month for drivers who want the wheels turning. 
  • Pay that grows with your experience. CPM ranges .52–.65CPM depending on experience, safety, and production pay, with top earners reaching up to .65CPM* on top-tier loads. 
  • Bonuses built to add up. Earn a .02CPM safety bonus for clean inspections and on-time appointments, a production bonus up to .03CPM at higher monthly mileage, and a retention bonus of up to $2,000 is available.* 
  • Home time built around your life. Choose from multiple schedule options, including shorter runs with a 34-hour reset at home, so you can find the fit that works for you. 
  • Modern trucks, easier miles. Drive a 100% automatic fleet of 2023-and-newer Freightliners and Volvos, equipped with APUs, in-cab refrigerators, TV hookups, and the latest safety and GPS technology to keep you connected and comfortable.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from .52CPM to .60CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
